Cancellation of Transavia flights extended until May 6

Summary

Transavia has decided to cancel all scheduled flights until May 6. We previously announced that we would not operate the planned flights until April 15, but this period has been extended. The increasing restrictions and measures from the Netherlands and the countries of our destinations due to COVID-19 are imposing more and more restrictions on us. Because this created uncertainty, we have decided to provide clarity for our passengers and long-term partners for a longer period of time.

To give passengers extra time during this uncertain period, they can rebook their tickets with a departure date up to and including May 31 for free to a later time and another destination. Transavia will continue to monitor weekly whether an extension of this period is necessary. Our passengers are informed about this via email and website and receive a voucher equal to the value of their trip in the event of cancellation of flights. Flight operations to repatriate stranded passengers will continue where necessary.
