Peter Pan Holiday Club runs Dam tot Dam
Last weekend, more than 50 motivated employees and friends of Transavia appeared at the start of the Dam tot Dam run, and all for a wonderful cause: our Peter Pan Holiday Club!
The runners left Amsterdam full of energy and then all finished in Zaandam after a beautiful walk to loud applause. On Saturday evening, a number of runners ran the 8 km, including one participant who had once been on a trip with the Peter Pan Holiday Club. On Sunday, 50 participants appeared at the start on behalf of the foundation for the 16 km.
The Dam tot Dam is more than just a physical challenge; it is a day full of togetherness, fun and a powerful support for our foundation. The runners have together raised a nice sponsorship amount, with which we can offer even more young people with a chronic illness an unforgettable holiday.
Our foundation, the Peter Pan Holiday Club, is committed to providing young people with a chronic illness with unforgettable memories by going on holiday together. The foundation is run entirely by volunteers who work at Transavia.
We are extremely grateful to all runners, supporters and of course the sponsors for their contribution to this run.
