Transavia launches new route between Amsterdam and Rabat
Today, the first Transavia flight departed from Amsterdam to Rabat. The opening of this new route to the Moroccan capital is a new step in Transavia's continued growth in North Africa. The first flight to Rabat had a special group on board: more than 200 participants in the ANVR Congress 2025, which is taking place in Rabat this year. Strong growth in demand for Morocco

This winter season, Transavia will fly almost 55 times a week from the Netherlands and Belgium to Morocco. The airline will serve nine destinations: Al Hoceima, Agadir, Casablanca, Fez, Marrakech, Nador, Oujda, Tangier and now also Rabat. Rabat will be served three times a week from Amsterdam. The first flight to Oujda will take place on 10 December.
