Transavia opens two new routes
First flights from Amsterdam to Munich and Zurich.
Today Transavia was the first low-cost airline to open the routes from Amsterdam to Munich and Zurich. This afternoon the first passengers flew from Amsterdam to Zurich, Switzerland. In addition, the airline also welcomed the first passengers on the flight to Munich today.
The passengers were warmly welcomed upon arrival in Zurich and Munich and treated to local delicacies. The destinations are an addition to the Transavia network for all types of travelers. Passengers can reach Zurich four days a week with a Transavia flight from Amsterdam. As of today, Munich will be served six times a week from Amsterdam. The airline already flies daily from Eindhoven to the Bavarian capital.
Transavia not only connects Amsterdam with two major economic regions, but also offers holidaymakers access to the cities and surrounding areas.
